Hello. I've been clogging fuel filters in my wvo burning '81 300SD. Crud seems to be coming from the tanks (I have two with the dealer installed auxilliary tank).

How does one remove these two tanks for cleaning? Is there another way to clean the bottom tank? My 300TDT has a plug in the bottom but the 300SD is a different arrangement.
