Can I hijack with an Anderson question?

Is it possible to get the glass replaced on Anderson crank-out double paned windows or does the entire unit (frame and glass) need to be replaced? The PO installed them so they're probably 20 years old.

A baseball seems to have found its way from my son's bat to one in my kitchen. It's currently held together by and entire roll of clear packing tape, but I'm not sure how energy efficient it will be come winter.
