I can understand the frustration in not getting answers, but you shouldn't get mad because someone won't help you. Help is help, you're not entitled to it. The only people here who owe anything are the people who have gotten help (like me). People giving help freely are free to decide when to give it.

I wish I could help you out, as I just dealt with a PITA tranny problem, but I don't know what your answer is. Good luck with it, and I hope you get it solved.
