buzzer sounds in reverse

I just changed the tranny fluid (including tq converter) and filter last night. I put mobile 1 synthetic ATF in it. The dipstick is showing that there is plenty of fluid in it, but periodically when I put the car in reverse, the buzzer in the cabin sounds. I turned the car off and took a few (maybe 5) minutes to clean up my tools, then turned the car back on to move it...no buzzer.

It is only sounding when my foot is on the break and in reverse. I haven't had much time yet to test it more thoroughly, but thought I would ask anyway. Any ideas?

Breakdown of events:
Drained pan
Took pan down
Drained tq converter
New filter, new gasket
Replaced pan, drain bolts
Poured 4 qts of ATF
Started car, ran through gears, pulled off ramps (buzzer sounded)
Poured 2 more qts of ATF
Checked level and poured 1/2 qts again
Checked level and poured 1/2 qts again (level good)
Went for drive (no buzzer when in reverse)
Turned car off when back at home
Turned car back on to move (no buzzer in reverse)
Did work on coolant system
Turned car back on to move off ramps again (buzzer sounded)
After ramps, buzzer still sounded
Turned car off, cleaned up tools
Started car again (no buzzer)

Like I said. I haven't found too much of a pattern yet, but I'll keep an eye out.
