So naturally i went with a ricer.. Well actully and Infiniti.. Anywho... so missing the benz the otherday i decided to go for a drive, i start to here this scrapping noise comming from the front tire. It comes and it goes but is usually pretty much always there. sometimes louder than others... Now remembering back a few weeks ago, i did driver her threw a rain storm and she handled really well. So... im not sure if water got into the barrings? the wheel barrings need to be repacked?? it sounds kind of like when you have bad brake pads and are pressing down on the brakes and they make that scrapping noise, only there is no difference in sound whether i hit the brakes or not. Any suggestions on what it could be?

Unless by "driging through rain" you mean "fording small streams", then the seals on the bearings should have kept the rain out, as I'm sure they did when it was still your DD.
Since it sounds like a rubbing brake pad, how about.. a rubbing brake pad? Maybe a caliper cylinder rusted and seized since you last drove her?
You're probably going to have to pull that wheel and give the hub a spin to figure out what's causing the noise.
