well thank you everybody for your help I just fixed the a/c today .... problem was that the previous owner had put the blower motor in backwards i took it out and just flipped it ... didn't mess with removeing squirel cages etc ... air is niceeeee ... http://www.peachparts.com/Wikka/W124BlowerMotor was also very helpful
