It's in the relay box directly behond the fuse box.
Whenenever the intermittent wipers stop working, try cycling them to fast, then to off, and then back to intermittent, and they will work again. Mine used to do that on occasion, and that would correct the problem. (You can hear the relay clicking in the box if you listen carefully.)
