Saw thread on later models. I replaced ignition cylinder, with new, including keys a couple of months ago. Problem showed up again every so often. Locked up again and took for ever jiggling key and wheel. 3 hours.

Adice on changing entire lock assembly, including switch. I would assume ignition key cylinder is still good.
