Campanale Auto in Worcester (West Boylston St.) is a small and little known shop doing general repairs. He's got a former Mercedes dealership mechanic (I think he was from Wagner) working for him who's pretty good. I haven't been there in a few years but they're reasonably priced and convenient if you live in or around Worcester.
