Replaced them and still have the squeak.
Was thinking about rebuilding front end but the parts seem fine so it would be a waste of money and time. It sounds like it may be coming from the coil spring as it only does it during an up and down movement. Doesnt do it when the wheels are turned. Is there a bushing or pad between the coil and the lower conrtol arm that may have wore out that may be causing the squeak?

Could be a dry ball joint that has not loosened up quite yet. But give it some time....
Test by injecting some oil with a syringe through the dust cover. If squeak goes away, you've found it.
