I did the window seals on my '93 300D and it was pretty easy. You kinda of mess the seals up getting them off, but who cares if your replacing them. The new ones go in very easy but you want to be sure you have them lined up correctly, because you don't want to have to pull them up after getting them started. They have a metal band inside and once bent wont lay flat again.

I had Phil order them for me at FasLane (The MercedesShop Parts Store) and had them in a few days. Had both front door seals replaced in just 15 minutes.
