Couple of things. Ceramic pads do NOT chew rotors, semi metalics due. I have satisfied pro ceramics on the front, with OEM style brembo rotors, and have 30k miles on the set. Ceramic pads are also dust free (or it looks dust free as the dust is not black). Ceramic pads and frozen rotors up front should run you around $275-300 in parts alone.
