With one slight exception. The 95 headlights have lenses that are designed to match the curvature of the 95 hood. If you are looking for the same look but for an earlier W124 like yours then go with Euro headlights. You can get them at http://www.importvision.com or http://www.katmac.com

You can order the original from the dealer or at http://www.rallylights.com but its way to expensive for an old car so go with the replicas which are about 98% to the originals quality wise, unless of course you can afford it.

You can also find some originals in Europe on Ebay for cheap.

The tailights are an exact fit with no issues. You can also get the dark/red versions from importvision but the originals have a lighter shade of gray and look a little better, so go with OEM from the dealer, same with the front turn signals. Both are plug and play and fit the same way as the ones you have on now.
