Well after a month of poking around I still havent gotten to the bottom of it. I have replaced this following items:
-MAS
-OVP
-Coolant sensor

I have tested many items in the CIS-E system including throttle valve switch, mass airflow sensor etc and they have all checked out.

I am now looking at battery side of the engine compartment now since everything on the right side of the compartment has checked out.

I've been at this for at least a month and still havent found a solution to the problem. PLEASE HELP!!
