I have spent about three hours fiddling with this damn window glass, and I have tried everything, including unbolting the electric motor and each bolt that would allow the assembly to swing into a different position, but I simply cannot get the glass to line up as it should in both channels. So I guess I will take it to a window shop: there are a couple of them not far from here.

All I need to do is to get it into the slot. I am afraid to put any serious pressure on it, because it is glass.

If anyone has the secret incantation or whatever, I sure would appreciate it now.
