I have been looking for a car for a while now. I have narrowed it down to 2 choices that I like. So, I"m asking for people's opinions as I'm not an expert in the gasoline powered MB area.

What are the pros and cons of the 400E and the S320?? What's the fuel economy difference?? Maintenence?? Personal preferences and why??
