Thanks for asking Chuck,
The pain is gone for the most part, though it hurt more than usual today. Walked about 2 miles...
It's still stiff, so I'm going to take a weekly yoga class (Hatha yoga which isn't vigorous). That should improve flexibility and strength.
The Doc said it will be a few more months before vigorous exercise like my normal yoga, running/biking or weight lifting.
