wonder why lower rpm on higher mph?
it can't be
My HC CO & NO were all much lower than that measured on my 88 Volvo.
I know the history of this car
It seems to fail every first smog
well has for last about 10 years
So I'm wondering about this smog
Doesn't at all seem possible
but I'm not complaining...
