BMWs are straightforward for modifications and you dont have to do them at BMW. They are admissible, check RIV.CA

Any vehicle, MB or not, 15 years or older does not have to go through the RIV process, so they are easy to import. Just pay the taxes and have to do provincial safety inspection before they are registered. No federal (RIV) fees or federal inspection (canadian tire) required.
