So, we have eliminated the Low fan circuit.
Now with Key ON, engine OFF,
pull the connector on the blu 2 wire sensor over by the thermostat.
The high fan should come ON. This is a thermistor sensor [ meaning it changes resistance inversely to engine coolant temp]
If that sensor is open/shorted , it will cut out comp b/c it is the temp input sig to the ACC control panel.
Also, with key on , jumper the drier sw at the pigtail with a screwdriver or something and see if LOW fan comes ON...just slide the white sleeves back and cross right there w/o unplugging the connectors
