help ..

my dealer can not seem to locate a rattle that seems to be near or in the tailgate. has anyone had a similar issue. if so, how was it resolved.

it is a brand new ML500, M3. M5 with Bose. I know ill have to live with some creaking but this is obviously from inside the car and its not normal ....
