I've never touched the ALDA, but apparently the p.o. did because there's no cover over the screw. I've only cleaned the banjo bolt and vacuum line about 6 months ago (no new residue since then).

Coolant's fine - right level, bright and gold.
Oil level's fine.
No visible bubbles in the lines.

Daughter's taking it on the freeway again today.
