I couldn't read the diagrams that you posted, due to the small size blurring all the text, but it prompted me to go take a third or fourth look at the CD that I had, where I finally found the diagrams hidden in them. A little bit of time making up a color-code/pin number cross reference sheet, and a little more time putting pins back in the proper holes, and the car is back to normal.
