What would be the proper procedure for resetting the computer? How long do I have to let the ETA relearn with the ign on, engine off. BTW, when I initially fired the motor, the car was on jack stands.
When I replaced my ETA, the car didn't need to be reset. . . it fired up and there were no codes present.

I don't have a lot of experience with replacing ETAs, but I can say that the codes from the EA and DM were "ACTIVE" meaning that they were occuring "now". I couldn't reset them. This is important b/c if you find the same thing, then the ETA is still 'broke'. And you have two of them . . . aren't you lucky?

If you have the same thing, your ETA may NOT be fully repaired. In addition to the Reference Pot (Ref Pot), there's a electric 'transformer' that burns out. Maybe you need to have them tested to ensure that they are ok.
