My 99 had only one sensor on the front driver's side pad. No sensors on the others.
Get yourself a #40 torx socket for removing the front calipers and do the job yourself. Takes some figuring out the first time, but since you'll be doing this every 20K miles or so, it's about a 15-minute job per wheel!
I can't quite understand why the dealership thinks this is a $1200 job!???
