They actually make a mas air flow cleaner in a can. What it is? Dunno, from my background I'm guessing some zero residue degreaser, we used to use freon TF to clean electrical contacts. I'd be carefull with the compressed air, the wires and plates could easily get damaged. I bought a can of the cleaner, and clean the MAS on the TDI Beetle, Cabrio, and Rover every 10k when I rotate tires. Will do the C230 soon.
