Yep, but it's still only 45-
state legal. Some of you will have to buy one used, or new in another state and put a bunch of miles on it before you can take it home. Asinine.
The federal government needs to occupy the field of regulation on this legal issue, and stop letting rogue states like CA, RI, ME, NY, etc., foul it all up for manufacturers and consumers with their higher standards.
