Cost of conversion was $3550, this also included an extra $250 to get a tank specially made.
Our government at the moment is giving $2000 back on LPG conversions so the total cost is only $1550.
It should pay for itself after 10,000km.
Cost for parts I guess would be around $800-1000.
Gas fitters are making a killing at the moment.

We have LPG at just about every petrol station and the bowsers take about 3 minutes to fill an empty tank.
Total pressure in the tank is around 200psi.

The only problem is if I run out of lpg then I'll have to be towed to the nearest petrol station.
