Differential should be unrealted to no start condition.

First, check for a pinched fuel line or something connected backwards back by the tank. Then start with the basics. Confirm you've got compression, fuel and glow. After that look for vacuum leaks effecting the shutoff solenoid at the back of the IP and at the key.
