Troverman - Whenever the seat is moved forward (so someone can get into the back) or moved back (so someone can sit in the front), the headrest automatically moves up or down.

Sokoloff - my owners manual has the following procedures listed:
Set the clock
Resynchronize the ESP
Re-enter the radio code
Resynchronize side windows
Resynchronize sliding/pop-up roof

Nothing about resynchronizing seats/headrests. Do you by chance have that info on hand?
