Well, if you say no more context is necessary then I'll go with my original summation. It doesn't surprise me that he said it he's done it before. I'm just not that interested in JFK anymore.
I don't know about his bonehead communication abilities. He was touted as a supreme orator back during 2004. Like I said, he tends to bore me into sleep. If he'd made it to the Presidency he'd probably be labeled a Weapon of Mass Depression.
