I got one of those a couple yars ago. I had an old junk tractor I posted on a old junk tractor web site, offering it as a non-running parts tractor, for free. This moron writes to me claiming to be a purchaser of agriculture equipment for his village, and wanted to know "the condition and price" of my tractor!
I actually wrote back, after his second email, knowing it was a scammer, and told the idiot "as stated in the posting, it's a non-running parts tractor, for free".
Never heard from him again.
Not only do they think we're all stupid, but they're even STUPIDER!(is that a word?)
