Okay, here's the latest: On the way home last night I decided to take a few corners and kick the rear end out since the tires are shot (14's swapped from the 300CD) and burn a little rubber off. After I did this on 2 corners and left some nice tracks the tranny makes the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts JUST FINE! Shift points are around 2000 rpms if I'm light on the pedal, the 2-3 is around 4000 if I'm more than a 1/3 into the pedal or so. The 3-4 shift is still way out there, but I didn't even get a chance to get up to about 85 to get it to shift. Much better, but I doubt this is a permanent fix.
