Why not tell us what year/model you are referring to? If it's the 190 (W201) like in the photo, the connector for the OVP relay is not in a fixed position. If you pull the relay out, you have to support the base/connector to fully seat the relay. Also, if you have someone turn on the ignition, hold the relay with your fingers and you should feel the relay operate.
