There was the Greek taxi driver about 3 years ago. I don't know if it's the orginal drivetrain however. I would guess yes due it's induction into the Merc museum.

A Greek taxi driver has done a phenomenal 2.8 million miles in his Mercedes 240D, and the record-breaking car is now to go to Mercedes' museum in Stuttgart. Gregorios Sachinides of Thessaloniki bought the saloon in 1981, and his journeys are equal to 82 times around the world or six trips to the moon and back. He made hundreds of long-distance journeys to Belgrade to deliver medical supplies during the Balkans war, as well as transporting people around Greece's second-largest city. So happy with his car's service over the years, he wrote to company boss Juergen Hubbert to thank him personally. Mercedes officials realized that Sachinides car was the highest-mileage Mercedes they had heard of, and asked him to donate the car to the museum.
