Wouldn't it depend on your point of view? If you imagine that you are looking from above, she is turning clockwise. If you imagine that you are looking up from below, she's turning counterclockwise.
OR - the opposite of what I just typed, depending on the left brain/right brain thing.
PS: If I force my self to look at just her foot (the one on the ground most of the time), she appears to rotate in the opposite direction, however once I look at the rest of her, she goes back to rotating clockwise.
