Sounds like those computers lost their "memory"!

Start by turning on the key for 3-5 minutes w/o starting. And then off for 1 min

While you are waiting re-sync the windows by running them to each fully up & down positions & depressing the second detent for 1-2 seconds at both extremes.

Also you need to drive for at least 10-20 miles (low speeds) to allow the fuel mixture to re-adjust.
