i they get the O2 sensor reset
think you have to reset it when you put it in
so the light goes off...

I have a note on my main book
O@ sensor was changed & reset in 89

Cat has platimum in it
thats why its expensive
plat is more $ than gold

I would imagine its a thin electroplate
but the thinner theplate the more quickly it wears.

I don't know how the generic mileage is
I suppose there are better ones
but think they don't last as long as the MB
The MB one will last the rest of the cars life
I would be glad with another 200K
