I think I damaged a coil pack I have to fess up to it. First time working on the car, I misstook one of the corners (where it looks like a screw access)of the coil pack as a attachment screw and broke a small tip off it. No, the broken piece did not fall into the spark plug hole, but I get the feeling this might be creating my problem. I played around with it a bit more and the noise quieted down but is still there. I will check again today.
