I had the same problem on my C280 once. There was splitter where the one hose from the reservoir splits into two and each goes to each nozzle. The hose came off the connection fitting and fluid went everywhere.
On the C280, there was an access panel in the hood right where the connections were, so it was very easy to get to. Sorry, I don't know how to access the hose on your specific model. I hope someone else can help.
