2phast has done a swap of his W124 mirror with that of one from a W203, see his web site interior mods.

Quote: "For my install, the Blue/grey is connected to +12 volt and the brown is connected to ground. The pink wires are for the auto dim side mirrors and dome light lock out (not used in my install)."
