I was wondering about that myself... I know if the cat is plugged so solid that the engine won't start, pulling the plug works to start the engine. But I wasn't sure if it would affect 0-60 time with a partially plugged cat. And unfortunately, I don't have a partially plugged cat to test out, dagnabbit. Actually mine fell off a couple of years ago, what a bummer!
