I ass/u/me the front of the 190e engine is similar to my 110 engine. If so, and if you are referring not to the pin on the harmonic balance wheel, but to the electronic sensor, it can be spotted on the left side just above the harmonic balance wheel at the 2:00 position as you face the front of the car. Mine uses 1 10 mm nut to hold it in place.
