I get the impression you can just hose em out and bleach em and their ready for new shag...
I'd love to build a home from scratch on a small patch of land.
In the place I'm in now they slapped up additions, with no concern for efficacy, to deal with a booming family back in the 50's ... and I'm left with an insulation conundrum.
