With the ESP off mod, I can probably accellerate faster over that time (by a good 0.2 seconds I bet, at least). Even if not, it's still fast. If I were on a long trip and didn't set the cruise, I have no doubt that I'd be at 100+ without even noticing it. It's the difference between coasting or curling your toes - literally.
