Since I put in the spare OVP relay I have tried to start the car cold three times and it seems to have made a difference. I have not seen the antilock brake light at all yet and the starts are within 4 seconds with no touching the accelerator while cranking. Hope it holds out. I ordered the coolant temp sensor anyhow just to rule it out, i didnt have the resistance specs on it.
