Your car should have a becker 754 or compriable model in it, the problem is usually a dead lithium battery interally mounted in the radio. You can have the radio reset at the dealer but it will go back to the 4 dashes until you have the battery replaced. I am a firm believer in replacing it with an upgraded in dash cd player because even if you fix the battery the 754 probably needs a complete overhaul to be reliable.
