Well, I'll give you my 2 cents worth ( from experience ) on this subject.
When you measure the
plug resistance, it can be all over the map ( even varying with temperature).
When you measure the
resistance of a sparkplug wire or better yet, the connector at the end of the wire, they are pretty consistent.
Long story short, my choice would be non-resistor plugs with resistor wires.
