Just registered, and I haven't had time to take a good look around yet, but from what I've seen so far, this looks like a really great forum (must be brain-dead not to have gotten here sooner!?).

Anyway, thanks go out to Peter (ebennz) for the invite over.

I live in S. Florida, but I'm in O-Town a couple times a month on business. Even if I'm not scheduled to be up in Orlando on the day of the meet ... its only a 3 hour drive anyway (well, all right, maybe only 1 hour using the AMG).

I've been trying to get a 'Florida' meet together for a while now. Orlando seems like the most 'central' place to hold it.

An idea:

Lots of meets have taken place in California with members of MBworld.org. They usually get a local MB dealership to sponsor the meet, and give test-drives of new models to the people who show up (just a thought ... a pitcher of beer and a bucket of wings at Hooter's would be fine with me too!)

Only thing is ... I can't make it the last week of February. How definate is the date? A run to Daytona to catch the spring break hotties would be nice too!
