I have an 88 190e 2.3 and it will not start. The car sat for about 2 years with a locked up motor. When I bought the car I rebuilt another 2.3 motor and installed it. It will turn fine has fuel but no spark. I am a ford tech but have no flow chart to follow to diag. the problem. If anyone has any words of advise that would be great. A flowchart would be even better. Thanks guys, Chad
